The fastest way is to run Google ads as that means your book would be in search when anyone searches for your genre.. but if you can't do that you should create a blog and start writing well optimized blog post with good onpage and offpage strategies. Find good keywords to rank for and work on them. if you stay consistent and optimized with good strategies you'll rank on Google.
