I"m going into 9th grade and I'm 6'5 and ball handling is not the best. But I've been training and I broke my friends and teammates ankles in a pick up practice game. Thank you VERY MUCH! Subed!

If you step with your right leg the move is no longer the stiff leg, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It sounds sort of like the Iverson cross but without the hesitation and a bigger step. If the move works for you keep doing it!

I'm not palming the ball in any of the moves, but there are some slight carries. Of course carrying isn't legal, but you may be able to get away with a bit in pickup games. All of these moves are legal though, as long as you don't carry or palm the ball though, and can be pulled off without carrying or palming the ball.

i like these videos i just started to subscribe to your channel. my dream is to become a nba player when i grow up and u r really helping me but wat the problem is with me is when i take far away shots i cant hold the ball and release the ball like a real nba player i kinda shoot it from my chest for far shots but for close up shots i shoot like a proper basketball player! so do u have any tips that can help me with my hand positioning for taking far away shots?

So for the stiff leg does it matter which leg steps forward? If the ball is in my right hand I feel like stepping my right leg forward and pulling back feels better. Then I do a jump shot after.

I was doing the shamgod in '03, and that still means nothing. The video isn't about showing new moves, it's about showing moves that are effective and how to do them effectively. There's tutorials of the crossover on youtube which was around decades ago . . .

I would build leg and arm strength before attempting far shots, if you can't get the ball to the hoop with regular proper form then don't attempt those shots until you've acquired the proper strength to get the ball there with with proper form. Otherwise you'll develop bad habits and poor form.
