Its not older women, its older sister/ big sister. So far I know and I saw in K-drama that boys call the older girs/sisters "Nuna" and girls call the older sister "unnie"

If a boy is calling a girl that's older than him, but not significantly older (think older like a sister) then he would call her Noona, if she's old enough to be his mother he'd call her Ajumma, or if she's old enough to be his grandmother he'd call her Halmeoni(which means grandmother in Korean).. But Noona is casual language, the others can be used more formally (so, someone you don't know)

Yes, the woman in the video was - Lee Hyori and they collab with two other women Hwa Sa and Uhm Jung-hwa - and formed Refund Sisters. All of the ladies in Refund Sisters range in ages of 20, 30, 40 and 50. If you want to check out that collabe its Refund Sisters - Don't Touch Me... Also, another female collab of ex idols is - Mamadol (mom idols) - Wooah hip... These were just a one off collab with live perfomance and a MV...
