funny how all this movie stars have super good and high payed trainers and nutritionists and all they eat is chickenbrest, rice and vegetables and than they train every day for 6 hours over 6 month, i call bullshit on that, not even the top lvl elit bodybuilder do that, no one eats like that and no one trains like this movie stars. they say that becaus they cant tell on tv that they eat normal and get the good juce that gives u muscles in no time.

They met at met gala 2006 and kinda was infatuated with each other. they met again for the second time in 2007 when Justin started touring from January (futuresex lovesounds tour). She and him started dating from January 2007 and she accompanied him on tour, she's not a stalker. Actually, according to Justin's book, she met him the second time when her friends took her to one of his first concerts in 2007, then Justin and her talked a lot on a bus ride home. Then they started dating.

You can eat 10,000 calories on a cheat day if you want - IF you spend your life being in shape, going to the gym every day, havin to look good for cameras, have a personal trainer and a personal chef who creates nutrient dense, perfectly balanced meals to keep you lean. Of course you can eat whatever you want on a cheat day. Look at any fitness pro on KZbin, their cheat days are immense, way more than any regular person eats. But they do them once or twice a year or something - and that’s exactly what she will have done. Trained for months, shot the movie and had a massive cheat day
