You mentioned losing your spark, I just want you to know that you were part of the reason that I decided to go to law school. I got in last spring and I started there this semester. I think about the stories that you tell when I look at cases. I think about your story especially having Micah. I hope to use the training that I’m getting right now to do some good for people that may end up in your situation. You inspired that.

Not ALL felons are bad. People tend to focus on what once was and not what is. Present tense is what matters. In Jess's case she is reformed. She transformed herself and her life, no longer a drug runner, shes sober , no longer a terrible person as she said she used to be . Shes a gorgeous woman newly engaged mother of 3. Shes sober and responsible. She uses her trauma experiences to educate others. No one talks about that though you know. They leave out the whole picture.

Thank you for sharing your story in regards to the first question as to whether you want more kids/a boy. Sincerely, I am glad you said that was an inappropriate question to ask someone. I have asked people that(usually only an immediate family member and not someone I barely know) and it never occurred to me that it was inappropriate. I never meant anything negative by the question but now I see how inappropriate it is. From now on I will not ever be asking that question ever again! I don’t think it should be socially acceptable to ask people about their plans regarding having kids/more kids etc. Maybe I’m jaded because of my own experiences 🤷‍♀️ I had my first child no problems and my husband and I agreed to try for another when my son was 2 - which was the start of 4 years of miscarriages and heartbreak before being diagnosed with a brain tumour and told I could not have more children. During that time I was relentlessly told I was selfish for not giving my son a sibling and that he would be a “selfish only child”… then 2 years later I had my miracle baby 💖 It was a very difficult pregnancy but I felt so blessed. I now have a 15 year old and a six year old and until a year or so ago I was STILL harassed by people that my family would not be complete unless I tried for a girl 😂 I am very happy to have my 2 boys and wouldn’t change a thing. Moral of the story? People are frickin weird.

Its actually nice to hear about that phone call with Berner. As for the people he hurt... idk when it became acceptable to simp for cho-mos. Yes, i understand that some people have that and never act on it, so good for them. But i have never heard of someone who DID act on it becoming a productive member of society afterwards... they always do it again. By acting like they deserve a redemption arc, you are basically guaranteeing ruining many children's lives. It isnt worth it, and its wack that there are people who think that it is. Pretty telling, if you ask me.

I’m a bit older than you and I struggled with a very similar situation and life events. As for asking about if your going to have more children that isn't an ok question to ask people. That online smear campaign riled me so much!! And I know it riled a lot of other people who have been following you for a while, too, because it was so stupid. Please know that many of us never believed a word - and, instead, support you, believe you, and want you to be happy 💖 The stunt being pulled was **painfully** obvious, and I even caught your ex out in one thread by baiting him (he's really not as smart as he thinks he is...). I wouldn't worry about any followers you lost as a result, because if they're going to be taken in by that dumbassery, and be so ready to believe such blatant horse sh1t, then they're no loss to you. Whilst you never needed to, you would regularly provide proof to back up your version of events that was airtight... And they would provide "proof" that looked like a 5 y/o piecing together some ridiculous online conspiracy theory (eg "person A knows person B. B is the 2nd letter of the alphabet and Jess has 2 kids. That proves that Jess lied about the moon landings". Like, WTF, dude?! None of that makes ANY sense!! 🤨😂). Here's to a very happy future for you, Berner, and the three little ladies 💖👍

Why do people think they are owed an apology from someone they don't even know?! You're such a lovely, sweet and genuine person. Those who see it, see it. Some won't and, honestly, who gives af. If I like a person, I'll stick with them even when they do something I don't like. We are not perfect. We can just strive to be a good people and learn from our mistakes. Idiots can't do that and that is the major difference between them(those who are trolling and harassing you!) and us. And I know that I'm a bit...different than the majority of the population, but I love and appreciate myself and that exact things. Blending with the masses was never my thing and goal. Try not to let toxic people get you down, although it's easier said than done. But you know your worth and we, those who are supporting you and will stay here no matter what, know that too. Someone asked me the other day what sgurd i have been taking cause recently lost so much weight in a short time (196lbs-130lbs in roughly 3-4months) and if i planned to ever have anymore kids one day (boy mom of a 13yr old as of monday, and 8yr old with a 8yr old bonus boy) and i literally spent hours after breaking down after, i laughed them off in the moment and said must be the good ones and probably not, but they didnt know my true story, i started dropping the weight because my uterus was trying to end me (along with a couple other health issues we are working on) and that my dr fought for my safety so i could continue to be here with my living children, and i had a total hysterectomy due to medical needs (after we found out, had i not removed it, the cancer they hadnt even noticed yet would of taken over within no time worse then what it already was - they didnt catch it until the biopsies after surergy my dr just knew me and trusted me and my body to believe that we where missing a bigger picture then what we already knew was a problem) then yes i always wanted a baby girl, but i also lost her almost 5yrs ago at 12 weeks in a hospital alone while the father was with our youngest introducing him to the women he was cheating on me with, and was too "busy" to be by my side, Its been 12 weeks since my surgery, losing all the body fat i had, my curves, chest, bottom, and now having nothing but bones and hanging skin, on top of losing everything but my ovaries to keep me safe, has taken a major toll on my mental health and feeling like a woman and to know i walk around and half the people who dont know my story now think that im just a relapsed addict that they can ask insesentive questions to about more children, ect literally destroys me, neither of my boys dads have ever been stably active consistently and to know i finally have a life partner that i would of loved to grow a child with and fill the rest of our heart's with and because of my own body we will never be able to has effected me more then i could of ever imagined, sometimes i wish people would just ask, whats your story instead of assuming or questioning things that could truly be extremely tramatic to someone, i know i made the right choices, and i know in time it wont feel like it does now, but man.... think before you speak to a stranger. 🫶 thank you for speaking up about how that question is NOT okay to bother someone with.

I am 7 years in recovery and work as a recovery coach so it’s not that I don’t understand substance use disorder. He is a narcissist and he has never been concerned about what is best for our daughter but rather how he can make my life as difficult as possible and in the mean time essentially taking food out of her mouth. I pray it ends soon and that all the sacrifice and money and stress is worth it. I live paycheck to paycheck and these lawyer fees are killing me but I have to keep going for my little girl who got me clean and sober 💪🏻

I think its a basic question to ask. Its only offensive if you have had personal struggles with pregnancy. So the person asking may not know you personally, they may just think she seems like a good mom. We wouldn't ask Jess bc we know her and it bothers her right. But someone may meet her and see how happy her children make her and she seems like a good mom plus she's newly engaged so it's a normal question to ask.

Truly excited for new tattoo “burns” lolol. “You have this tattoo!!!” is not a diss guys. He knows it’s there. It’s on his face. Probably didn’t get them all by accident. The people want quality insults or none at all please and thank you! ❤

Back in day I had a total hysterectomy at 31 People would ask if my new husband and I were planning and One thing about being old and kids graduated I no longer get asked but I now freaking get if my kids are having more, any, or when they getting married. I also got that my son shouldn’t have a kid because ftm should not have kids. I have one sea horse grandson. I feel the society no longer thinks boundaries matter and because ur out in public u have no privacy. Ronny and I spoke prior and both agreed that public does or tries to come into your relationship even if its not their place. We agreed only to post one what we want but keeping us with us or with friends/family

I have full custody. I don’t want my kids to not have their dad. He just needs to be sober and healthy for that to happen.

11:41 Just an FYI: it’s a bad idea to say females when you mean women. I know you’re probably not going to see this comment (the video is a few days old already, and you have a life outside KZbin), but I have a good reason for making the recommendation to say women instead. The reason: I have it on good authority from a man I know who ended a friendship over this, that predators will use “females” instead of “women” to camouflage with normalized patterns what they’re really saying when talking about their attraction to underage girls. The logic comes from the fact that every human female is female, but only adults are called women, so saying females lets them know they’re being inclusive, but hides it from the people who would justifiably hate them for meaning girls either as well as or instead of women. The asshole who revealed this to my source misjudged who he was confessing this shit to, and now I think it’s important to let anyone who is inclined to (even just occasionally) saying “females” instead of “women” know that they probably don’t want to contribute to normalizing that pattern of speech. It’s going to probably become the normal way to talk anyway, but we can sure as hell slow down the evolution of this and deny them the camouflage as long as possible. I know you’re not a predator, and you would never use it that way, but if this pattern of speech is allowed to stay it’s actually got serious potential to be harmful. Normally grammar changes and speech evolution are fine, but this is the one exception that needs to be paid attention to. If you see this, I really hope you’ll understand I’m only passionate about this because of its potential in the broader social sphere, and it’s not a criticism. I don’t expect good people to realize the harm here without an explanation.

Ok I do the seatbelt thing too every time I get in the car because I have trauma with things being too close to my neck. And I got a ticket for not wearing my seat belt like 2 months ago. I tried to explain that I had the seatbelt clicked but it didn’t matter. Be careful cuz I didn’t know I was ever gonna get a ticket for that! I mean it makes sense but it never even crossed my mind

I may not keep up with your videos as much as I use to but I hate when people are labeled “felons”. Literally it’s something on a RECORD. No one is BORN A FELON. Jess is NOT a felon she’s a woman and Berner is NOT a felon he is a man. People make mistakes and if they fix their mistakes that’s all that matters. Some of y’all are so BORED with your life and seriously need to find something positive to do with your time.
