I get to load the dishwasher because I have one, etc. ❤ So nice to see you so happy.

Im about to be 25, I became a teen mom 19, and when I was 22 I got a serious concussion at work after a student struck my jaw with an iPad. I wish I had this advice back then. I ended up getting concussed after being head butted by a student. At the time I was in a long term relationship with a narcissist and he was so mad that I was so injured (I also had two sprained wrists and a loose knee cap). I could barely shower and had to keep working to pay the bills. If I had this advice I think I would've left that man a lot sooner and felt more at ease about every day pressure. I'm also on the spectrum 🙃 thanks for sharing this and I'm definitely gonna pay it forward

I just love how your face is lighting up, only when Berner's name comes around and you just need to say it, because someone is asking about you two! It's not possible that other people can't see how much you two are happy, and so great for one another. You have never been so young, so shiny and absolutely amazing and disarmingly adorable. I can't not to tell you that again and again. It's crazy what real love can do for a person. In this case - it's both of you. He is also so much see-through, it's absolutely adorable how vividly he is into you. And I think I have never been so happy for someone that I have never seen in real life. This is huge coming from me, because I'm not used to be so positive and painfully honest and so serious about it. I'm not quite a sunshine, I'm mostly seeing myself as moon-semilight. 😅♥️

PTSD vs cPTSD for those who wish to know (this is a generalization). PTSD is usually what happens when there is a single event such as one episode of SA or a medical emergency etc. cPTSD is diagnosed for someone who experiences repeated trauma such as childhood SA or a war zone or an abusive relationship.

I have the general month calendar and calendars on my phone but I write down in my notes at night in bed before I go to bed what I have on the next day and what I need to do and I don’t deviate from the order I’ve written it in so if it’s a cleaning day I’ll have: Get up Feed cats Clean cat litter Unload dishwasher

@@soapiesoap5649 How are you able to stay on task and actually follow the list? I’ve tried this and I still seem to migrate away from my list and get distracted doing 50 other cleaning things that aren’t on my list and I always end up so frustrated with myself. I haven’t tried making the list the night before, but I usually always make them first thing in the morning to the point that I have lists everywhere around my house. I’m so glad you’ve found something that works! I’ll definitely try doing the list at night and see if that helps me.
