All episodes that I've watched in Trabaho Series, all I can say is that Jessica Lee improved a lot when it comes to entertaining the customers, this is my favorite in all series. Our late lola used to run a karinderia for around 2 decades. Every summer or any school vacation, we used to help lola at her karinderia. She wakes up at 3 am and I would join her to go to the wet and dry market to get some ingredients. Working at a karinderia is a continuous work all day long. The only time you could rest is around "siesta time". It's definitely hard to run a karinderia but I remember our lola telling us that it was a very rewarding job to do. With her simple kainan, she's able to feed many people with affordable food. Almusal, tanghalian, merienda o hapunan pa iyan. I really miss her dishes like laing and our lolo's special bopis. There's no other like their version. Miss you, 'la! 🥺💖
