I always peel my eggs under cool running water and I use a cheese grater to grate my eggs. Makes really good egg salad.

I so hate peeling eggs so I bought those egglet’s at bed bath and beyond what a game changer and time saver. I wasn’t sure I would really use them that often so I only bought 1 set and I do use them every week so I went back and got another set. Your Daisy May is adorable and a hoot with her howling.🙂

I cook my hard boiled eggs in the Instant pot using the 555 method and they always come out great. Daisy Mae is adorable! I accidentally poured out most of the Olive Garden Salad Dressing into a vegetable salad I was making. All salad dressings should have the opening with the hole in it. To control the amount of dressing..

I never put relish in my egg salad. But I do love mustard powder(keeps it from being too wet) and mayo and penzy's (the freshest best spices) sandwich sprinkle seasoning. Has garlic powder, tellicherri pepper, marjoram and a few other things I can't recall.

Steaming your eggs also works great for making them easy to peel. I have a farm with lots of chickens and steam a lot of eggs.

I make my chicken salad with peas carots,potatoes the frozen ones i just boil them with salt snd pepper to warm them up add hard boiled eggs and mayo season garlic powder chili flakes salt pepper and garnish with green onions love it with crackers or in a sandwich 😋

Every once in a blue moon I’ll put some deviled ham potted meat in it as well. Super good. Since Bunky likes onions, have him put some green onions in that chicken salad as well. Very proud of him!! Hey y’all just a suggestion about your eggs. After you boil them put them a ice water bath and they will peel so much easier. I make mine and store them in a ziplock bag in refrigerator. If you keep them in the shell they are harder to peel. Mr.B did a great job on those sandwiches! Yum!

Old eggs or new eggs, I recently read how-to get easy to peel boiled eggs, carefully drop them in the water when it is already boiling. I swear, they peel SO easy! Every single time.

If it helps, when I do my eggs and the shell sticks I peel them under cold running water... idk how it works but it does. I think the water gets under the shell and helps it separate from the egg.

You should try to unpeel them under running cold water. I used salt to boil my eggs, that keeps them from cracking

Just a little baking soda helps with boiling eggs! Bring to boil let set 15-20 mins in COVERED pan. Then put into ice water bath to cool for 10 mins. Peel. Then store in container or zip lock bag in frig!

For perfect boiled eggs bring your water to a boil then add your eggs with a slotted spoon and boil for 12 minutes and then put them in cold water. The shells just fall right off when you peel them.
