I would have loved to have actually seen the sausage and cream cheese casserole when it first came out of the oven, but since I can’t wait to make it myself I’m sure it was too delicious to resist waiting long to eat it, lol. I am obsessed with making those sausage crescent roll things! We have them for breakfast for dinner often, except I make each crescent roll separate, meaning I scoop a good Tbsp of the sausage mixture on each roll and then fold up and seal the edges. We call them sausage crescent pockets. I also add green or red peppers, onions or onion powder, and a few squirts of Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 block of cream cheese makes just enough to fill one package of crescent rolls. We like to eat these alongside a spinach egg scramble. Your way of making it in a baking dish is perfect for a crowd! I always keep cooked sausage spread flat in a ziplock bag in my freezer and just break off to thaw just the amount I need for whatever recipe I’m making. I do this for ground beef and diced cooked /shredded chicken as well. This is my version of freezer meal cooking because cooking the meat is the most time consuming / messiest part of cooking. If you ever decide to do this, fill each freezer bag no more than 2/3 full so you can spread the meat flat inside it and easily break off frozen chunks.

Oh man..a fry daddy..I had one for yrs..I remember the first one in the 70s was the fry baby..then they got bigger...lol..best thing ever..I’ll have to look for one..those wings look great!!!!thanks for other recipes

I make the taco dip also, but i mix in pace medium salsa into hamburger and beans. I simmer it all on stove top for 20 mins. Then I pour into a casserole pan, ten top with sour cream and taco cheese, bake for 25 mins. Its so good!!

I love the pizza slider idea! I’ve done the sliders with meatballs in marinara w/mozzarella cheese, ham & swiss cheese, cook up some of the thin cut steak with chopped onion & bellpepper then put it on the sliders with some provolone sliced cheese and then our daughter’s favorite... Canadian bacon, pineapple & mozzarella cheese. I brush them with melted garlic butter & bake them. Yummmmy & so crazy easy!

Just made the sausage croissant roll dish. I added about 2+ cups of cooked potatoes O’Brien after I mixed sausage & cream cheese.... SUPER YUMMY! And easy!

We make the crescent roll sausage bake all the time too! We even just make it for breakfast. We top ours with shredded cheddar cheese and sometimes mix Rotel tomatoes in the sausage cream cheese mixture. You’re right! Everyone always loves it!

I’m loving your channel I just found it a few days ago. I haven’t been able to eat in about three years I have a disease called achalasia I just had a surgery in August and pretty much they took out my esophagus and stretched my stomach up so now I am able to eat again and your videos are making me have so many different ideas and I just love you and your husband and I haven’t even been watching you that long I am a new subscriber.

I know this comment is 4 years old, but I came here to say that you are definitely NOT the only one that jumps when refrigerated rolls of dough pop open. 😂 I absolutely HATE opening them because it scares me every time. I make my husband do it, and it STILL makes me jump. He thinks it's hilarious. 🙄 I also jump when the toaster pops. 🤦 I don't understand it. I can watch horror movies ALL day long, but I jump at stuff like that, when I'm expecting it to pop! 😂

oooo girl... I do that same "sausage bread" recipe... I add onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano to the sausage cream cheese mixture and put some mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture before adding the second layer of crescent rolls! Try it! It's so good!

For Christmas we do a crescent roll breakfast lay them out in a circle scramble eggs sausage or bacon sometimes ham. Put in some onion bell pepper in the eggs lay them on the crescent rolls add cheese then wrap and bake looks like a cute little reef at the end and so yummy

Jess, next time you run out of foil, just cover with a large pot lid that's oven safe or a cookie sheet pan will do, can turn it upside down or corner it some if you want to allow the steam out. Long as you cover your bread, is all that matters.

Those are some great ideas 💡! I’ve also heard of people trying English muffins and little pepperoni mozzarella with Ragu spaghetti sauce or tomato 🍅 sauce with a teaspoon of sugar in the sauce. I really think that they’re all delicious ideas. When I watch your channel I always catch myself laughing or smiling a whole lot witch is good for the spirit and over all for the whole house. I have already shared your channel with my sister who is like my twin because we’re so close on birth but not actual twins but it seems to a lot of friends and family that we actually act like the way twins behave but we’re just very close. I had an idea for your sausage, cream cheese,crescent rolls! Take the crescent rolls out into the triangles that they come in and place them in a circle. Take your regular mixture and place all around the circle. Then fold the pointy top of the triangle over top of the mixture into the center of the circle. That way it makes a ring. We make “taco rings” but you could easily do it with this mixture so people can just grab a portion of the circle and keep walking! Not sure if that made sense haha but look up taco ring or buffalo chicken ring,etc. on Pinterest

Your food always looks amazing. And it always gives me great idea's for when I am making my menu. I have a little tip I do with the wings. I put them in a bowl with a lid and roll them around and turn the bowl upside down and around and it coats the wings really well. Have a wonderful day.
