Watching this video reminds me of what I went through in 2021, my ex of 8 years started seeing another guy, claiming she was working 2 jobs, in & out quickly at home, subliminal messages on social media about me for validation. Thought I was making all of this stuff up in my own head. It's actually very relieving and empowering to see that other men go through this and that some, if not most, have come out on the other side better and stronger. I believe it takes two to tango. If a woman's default behaviour is to look outside of the relationship when something goes south, which is inevitable, then she's probably not the woman you can build anything concrete with. What I've also learnt, the hard way, is that it's very important for partners to have deep conversations about childhood trauma and past relationships. Some women never get over their past relationships. Everything else is just "for the time being" and for "convenience". Never, ever, ignore red flags. Ever. I've always have bn the husband type. I do it all for my woman and when it all boils down they waste your time. I think something is really unstable in a woman's mind sometimes. Then wonder why I don't believe in marriage. There's absolutely no point.

It sounds like a new definition of cheating and one that will create a lot of stress if accepted. My view is that there’s temptation and then there’s either a resistance to that temptation, or a giving in to that temptation. So, where a giving in has not occurred, he didn’t cheat, and similarly, she didn’t cheat … I only watched the first eighty seconds of this before deciding to stop and respond. Relationships are hard work enough as they are without adding a new dimension of complexity, so I’d suggest careful all around thinking over this before you lose something and cause the thing you that you only feared.

My ex GF is now married . She FaceTimed me the other day (after months of not talking), and at some point in the convo she made a 360 to show me how good she looks. I dunno what to make of it. Is she seeking attention from me because her husband isn’t giving it to her? We live in a different city so we dont see each other. In fact, I havent seen her since she married but she insists that we hang out if we’re ever at our hometown at the same time. If I was her husband I would not be happy camper.
