It's because these certain people can't distinguish between an arrogant person and a shy person based on behavior. Shy people are reserved, isolating, modest, and stay to themselves out of mistrust of others. Arrogant people demonstrate similar behavior, such as isolating themselves because they think they are better than others, not giving attention to people they look down on, and not sharing information or space with people they feel superior too. The behavior looks the same, but the motivation is different. Certain people will just lump them together and consider both arrogant. Freud made the same mistake in his categorization of introverts as having narcissistic qualities that offend the sensibilities of community (extroverts). This has actually worked for me and thank you Jessica. It has open up the door of conversation between my wife and I. Still a work in progress but it’s a Marriage I’m willing to fight for. And Jessica if you’re listening..please send me more info, or direct me to other webinars such as this.🙏🏾 I know my faults which cause her to leave, not being attentive, not making her feel wanted and desired, special, beautiful etc. She has after a week cracked that door of communication, now what do I do to get her to open up all the way? Have a beautiful woman who was my boss. I got a promotion and transferred an hour away. Yet she called me regularly, and i didnt think much of it as we get along very well.
