Thank you so much for your content due last year when I was strugeling with beeing exhausted, emotionaly and fysicaly (working in the health care as a nurse/social worker). I had back pain for so many years too. I took almost every day (morning and often during the day or evening) time to follow your lessons and practice yoga and meditatie. From the looks of it, you have a workout routine that involves not only yoga, but compound movement exercises with dumb bells. I like that. I usually start with your yin program that you film on your balcony, then I do a madfit 10min warmup, and end with a fully body/weight routine by one of the many content providers to whom I have subscribed. Fun.

Thank you so much, Jessica! Discovered your yoga vids last year and I love how simple they are. But it is only this year that I got to be more consistent with my practice. I love doing my morning ritual with your yoga video each day and it has been my motivation to be wake up early and be more mindful with my mornings.
