It took me 3 years of therapy to realise as a survivor l could have a future. I have 3 daughters and my history was damaging their future so with God’s help patience and love l realise l could be the mother He wanted me to be. I’m a stronger person because of my history. Thank you for your beautiful music. May God continue to heal and strengthen you.xx

This song has a heavy foreboding air to it. To sing about something so deeply dark and personal and to sing it in the face of your abuser def shows your healing journey. I applaud you your courage!

I love this song. One major request, can you PLEASE turn on closed captioning? I am hearing impaired and I struggled to understand all of the lyrics. I usually can read the lyrics with CC on for music videos and that is quite helpful. This is a beautiful song and I am sorry you need to survive trauma to have the experience to write it for yourself and others.
