When you're working at the top of an MLM and most of your money is coming from scamming other people you sit above them in the chain of commands. If Jessie we're to actually go anywhere else in the actual world of sales, she would be laughed at! It's not just her who's like this! It's everyone at the top of an MLM! Hi Yvonne! I recently watched the "NOT THE GOOD GIRL" video on the Synanon cult and she talks how they use this technique called "the game". In it a group of people insult, berate and humiliate one person, basically in order to break them. I believe that if a person with some degree of power is telling you the nasty things you say to yourself, you may have the tendency to agree. And if you agree with them, it's easier to go along with whatever they say next. It is a great way to manipulate people actually.

A lot of this motivational stuff seems to miss that sometimes a person cannot be sold to. Even in a world where MLM businesses were all the wonderful things they claimed, I would never join one, I'm already self employed and know that sort of thing is not where my strengths or interests lie. And sometimes someone just doesn't want your products - a friend of mine got sucked into some tea MLM a few years back (at least in retrospect, I had no idea what they were at the time.) She kept trying to sell me tea. I don't like tea. I've never liked tea. We've known each other since we were toddlers. This was not new information. And even the "hey can you just support your friend" bit wasn't gonna work, since I was broke! At the time it was such confusing behavior, but having seen so many MLM trainings now, I can guess exactly what she was told to do and why.

When these high ranking people or whatever they want to call themselves talk about their target market and how they refer to people's needs as their "pain points" it is so blatantly obvious that the whole point is to focus on peoples vulnerabilities. A real business owner will focus on their target markets Interests and needs or wants. I have an online business. This Saturday I am doing a holiday craft market and I have a booth at it. I am still creating product because I like to cause problems for myself with procrastination and overthinking but I'm not trying to figure out what my potential customer's problems or pain points or vulnerabilities are . I'm trying to appeal to the things that my customers might want and I'm using various styles and designs to do so. It is disgusting how they talk about taking advantage of people's vulnerability to make more money for themselves and how they teach others to do the same thing.

When I was in an MLM it was hardcore pushed to get a person on a 3 way call. They would say it’s a way of “validating” what you are telling them. And it would always be to get your leader on the call. To explain to them how to use the products and if you didn’t follow their instructions and saw no results, it’s because you didn’t take the products correctly. 🙄 referring to Le-Vel

Okay so her advice is not bad for sales. The problem is it's stuff that she's heard before and she's regurgitating it but she's heard it from a bunch of different sources in a bunch of different contexts so when you jumble it all together it just becomes contradictory. Like how can you be telling people to use scripts and not waste time talking to people when prospecting and just get the "no" and move on? But then next say, use empathy and compassion? Empathy and compassion require conversing with potential clients and getting to know them and understanding their specific pain points. I work in Real Estate so I get it, sales can be tricky. Her points are just very either, industry specific and will only work for a specific sale, or contradicting other advice she's giving. That's what I appreciate about real estate. We're not really supposed to "pressure cell "and I know a lot of people do. But realistically, when you see a house, you know if you want it. It's one of the biggest purchases you ever make in your life. If you want to sell your house, you might need a little nudge - but , you want to sell. You have a plan or at least have been fantasizing about one. I can't sell somebody on the idea of buying a house if they aren't mentally ready for that. And I can't sell somebody on selling a house. If that's not some thing they're looking to do. I can bring investment opportunities that I might think could be lucrative, however, I can't promise that they will be lucrative at all. I can't make any definitive statements in that regard. That being said, my job is to make sure that my clients whether they're buying or selling are properly represented and thoroughly informed . What I'm selling? Is usually myself. It's usually the versatility of my skill set. How I can do digital staging, or "this or that" , what I know about marketing, company statistics - basically I'm not convincing you to do something, I'm convincing you that I'm the right girl to help you get it done. That isn't hard if you're listening to what they need, nurturing leads, getting to know, people, being active and trusted in your community.. The only badgering is to remind you that when you or if you or anyone you know are looking for real estate help I am someone that is reliable. I can't imagine pestering somebody who is not in the market to buy a house or sell a house that I think it's a good idea and that I think they should consider taking that step for that action. Who am I? How do I get to tell them that they're ready or not to make this major life change? My goal is just to help them make sure that change is done correctly and effectively when they need it. If I had the badger them all day that now now now is the time to sell sell sell or now now now is the time to buy buy buy - I'd probably lose my license for acting in my best interest and not the best interest of the client which is a fiduciary responsibility Oh yeah, problem is MLM don't have any regulatory boards or ethics training or anything like that that makes them even consider these concepts

I don't know the prices in Mexico but I would assume flights and all inclusive hotel would be MUCH cheaper than $15k. I feel sorry for people who are so brain washed that they will spent that money to go.....or this could be a wake up call for some.

i.. just... I don't get how anyone would fall for this... I really don't... I know I'm naive and sheltered as fuck, and this is an extremely obvious scam (MLMs in general are also) I fully believe these training calls are *intentionally* only mentioning extremely obvious stuff: 1. there's nothing more to it lol there's no skill involved you're going to fail unless you get super lucky 2. this way they can keep people hooked thinking they are doing the extreme basic fundamentals wrong. if they said something like "oh you need this niche skill" then a lot of people might go "ah, that's a niche skill that I don't have; maybe this isn't for me" and leave. if the keys seem extremely easy, people will think it's on them for not being able to meet them I do the "throwing my phone in the middle of a conversation" thing all the time. sometimes i legitimately threw my phone. sometimes something CAME UP. and i have a disability that makes me have to suddenly stop using my phone sometimes. or maybe text messages are not meant to be responded to immediately lmao. it's like email. i got up and started doing other shit, man.

She’s will be taking Pruvitt people because Courtney is going I’m sure of it.

I am so sure some pruvit leaders are going to. Like there's no damn way that one of her top leader friends doesn't try to go. I think she's trying to be safe and make disclaimers. But honestly, I think some MLM leaders will go.

How is any of this new for MLMs? Same s--, different day.
