Yesterday, My mother who has MS (Multipule sclerosis) told me she no longer wanted to live. That she wanted to die with dignity because she isn't herself anymore. In canada we have the "Death With Dignity Act" My dad held her hands crying, i sat on the floor telling her all they reasons i need her, why this world needs her. The beauty she brought to ll of us. I got in my car in this silent silent night, This song came on my spotify. I drove and i drove with it on repeat screaming and crying. Today i watched the video. It too my breath away. Sometimes the universe brings you a song. I need to thank the Universe for Jessie. I needed this, i needed you. We will never meet, but you have made such am impact on my soul. I needed this song. I've got it myself, but unfortunately I dnt have the support of many & it's been/ is very hard. I dnt know if this will help u n ur situation, but I do know that when it comes 2 dipiltating complicated puzzling progressive chronic diseases like MS u can't help but feel like a burden somex's (u can't change that) & tryin 2 describe how ur feelin or what's flaring up or bothering u that day can be harder & more exhausting than the symptoms themselves. My childhood friend died too, my first and only love, when I decided to be with him he died in a coma from diabetes 💔when we was in our 20's I waited too late 😭I didn't see him in my dream ,like you seen yours BUT I SEEN him the day of his funeral on the side of my car it was beautiful😭 to me it was beautiful because I refused to go to the funeral and yet still he came to visit me in spirit🙏😫 I don't know this gift that God gave me is good or bad I know for sure is scary at the same time is a blessing

Today is my uncle's first anniversary of death. He died alone in a hospital after almost a month of being there. His sickness developed so fast we barely could do anything. It has been rough for everyone, specially my grandparents, but this song has helped me a lot to feel the grief and accept it as part of life: not as a burden but as an inspiration to value ourselves and the people we love.
