An intuitive play in my art journal today, no plan at all just go with what feels good at the moment. I found a flower cutout from Daphnes´s Diary magazine that looked perfect for this spread. I hope you will enjoy my process.

When time permits I've been watching many of your past videos and I want to thank you as it seems to be just what I needed to get back to my loose abstract collage/ painting, mark making art. I appreciate that you post the materials used. I love the art journal book that you continually use throughout your videos but don't see a description of what brand, weight paper, size that it is. Both ways depending on how I feel but most of the time I start with collage and then paint with colors I feel inspired to use and then look for a focal image. It’s a dylusions journal 8x8, I’m loving the size. I also used an Arteza watercolor journal in the same size. Thank you so much 🤗💗

How do you manage to keep the acrlyic painted sheets from sticking together

I don’t, they sometimes stick together. But I don’t mind. You can use some kind of parchment paper in between. I also heard about some kind of wax you can use, but I never tried it myself.
