Hi Andrea. I live in San Diego near the ocean, so the weather is relatively mild in the winter. Even so, if the house temperature gets below 65 I gotta crank on the heater. And when I go to bed, I've got the electric blanket puttin' out some serious therms too. I guess I'm just a big softy, but I don't care. I need my heat.

Thanks for watching! I have friends who are the same way, they love their heat too lol. I love feeling warm and cozy, but it needs to be cold outside to be able to snuggle under a blanket, otherwise I get too warm.

March in Virginia is typically cool and windy. The daily weather fluctuates between “extended winter” and “spring is here”. Our average temps are in the mid-50s, so perfect for jackets and sweaters but you still need heavier outerwear if you go out in the evening.

Virginia sounds lovely right now lol! That's my kind of weather. My cousin keeps trying to get me to move to DC, which would be similar and it's so tempting!

I don't know what the weather is going to be like this month as it's so unpredictable. It's raining a lot at the moment, I think we are finally past the stormy winds though.

Aww, Andrea … Stress has done a number on so many people. I hate to hear that your health has been affected by your stress levels. I think most of us need personal assistants to maintain the pace of our lives! If it’s possible to outsource some of your life admin, that may open up space for you to spend more time doing things that feel restorative. I know: easier said than done. I try to outsource at least one small thing a week so I can free up time, even if it’s just 15 or 30 minutes. It’s made a huge difference.

I wish I could outsource some stuff. I wish I had the money to hire either a VA for the admin stuff or a housekeeper for the home/life admin lol. Hopefully one day! In the meantime, I just prioritize rest and remind myself that things will get done when they get done.
