I love how it showed Him tearing the bread. It reminds me that not so long before this He was torn for us. I think it may have been a rough but loving memory while doing the sacrament. That He sacrificed Himself for us. I am grateful for Him. Thankful for his teachings.

I love this video so much. I am a recovering drug addict for over 20 years. I remember coming back to church and partaking off the sacrament changed my life. These words I have cherished and remembered them deep in my heart . I love Jesus Christ and I pray to always have his spirit to be with me. Thank you for this wonderful video I needed this today 💙💙💙

Beautiful sacramental prayer as originally spoken. It brought tears to my eyes to think how much the people must have missed Him after He departed. What a void it must have been to have enjoyed His presence, and then for Him to be gone. I understood why He said we would always have His Spirit to be with us by partaking of the sacrament ... He did not leave us alone, nor comfortless, and He comes to us as we seek Him. John 14:14-23

I am very grateful for this moving portrayal of the Saviour introducing the sacrament to the people. How grateful I am too, for technology that helps portray this to us so we might have a peek into how it must have felt. Now all I can do is work my utmost to draw nearer unto the Father and my Saviour to feel their communication with me in a clearer way......

When you have been through excommunication or disfellowshipment there's no greater feeling to receive the blessings of the sacrament because I cannot think of a better way to show your love to God than to partake the sacrament and covenant with him.

Partaking of the sacrament one of the most important things of this life along with baptism. How blessed we are to know this.

I loved this video. Seeing it gave me some perspectives that I hadn't had before such as Christ's pierced hands breaking the bread and His prayer for His spirit to be with us before he ascended. I am sure the sacrament became so special for those at that time who later gathered after He left. They would have remembered each subsequent sacrament that it was He who originally taught them to do it and would recall the time He spent with them and the light of His love that smiled upon them.

I love the Savior and I’m so grateful for Jesus Christ’s atonement and the sacrament so that we can repent and be pure each day, then sanctified and have our covenants with God renewed and our relationship strengthened with Him. I’m grateful that He loves us enough to reach down and lift us up to higher, holier things. :)

It was beautiful to me to hear Jesus Christ say this prayer, it's different hearing "remember me" vs "remember him" Idk to me that touched my soul in a new way I didn't think it would. We always hear during sacrament "Him" it was beautiful to hear Christ say "Me"

Beautiful. What a wonderful experience it will be to be in the Saviors midst again and partake of the sacrament anew with all the faithful of all dispensations at Adamondiaman or other remote locations if its too far to travel to Adamondiaman. And then be with him in the millenium as he reigns as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Watching this not only gives me more meaning and importance but tells me how much the Saviour loves us and provides the way. The sacrament prayer is sacred and personal to the covenants we made and still stands as a testament the plan of happiness can indeed help us to become better.

This reaffirms to me the sacredness of this ordinance and how important it is to be mindful of its meaning; especially while we are partaking of the Sacrament. I think it is very easy to let our minds wander and be distracted with other things, as if to treat this ordinance as something routine. I want to continue to work on this. ❤❤❤

The Book of Mormon, what can i say about it, except this...this book has for a surety been my life line...i have had my doubts, answered and have receieved with clarity the truth and with conviction through the holy spirit telling me that the BOM is indeed true...my heart and soul swells with tears of emotion that I've never felt before, every time i read the BOM or watch these video's...these emotions are more profound and more constant because its trully a testament of our Savior's love for us...oh! how i love dearly the Savior and our Heavenly Father...please remember me Heavenly Father and all your children on this beautiful planet thou created for us to be good caretakers of it...lead, guide, and direct our paths that we thy faithful and obedient righteous servants may find rest with thee and thy Son in thy Kingdom in Jesus sacred and holy name Amen...

Moroni 4:1-3 1 The manner of their elders and priests administering the flesh and blood of Christ unto the church; and they administered it according to the commandments of Christ; wherefore we know the manner to be true; and the elder or priest did minister it- 2 And they did kneel down with the church, and pray to the Father in the name of Christ, saying: 3 O God, the Eternal Father, we ask thee in the name of thy Son, Jesus Christ, to bless and sanctify this bread to the souls of all those who partake of it; that they may eat in remembrance of the body of thy Son, and witness unto thee, O God, the Eternal Father, that they are willing to take upon them the name of thy Son, and always remember him, and keep his commandments which he hath given them, that they may always have his Spirit to be with them. Amen. Moroni 5:1-2 1 The manner of administering the wine-Behold, they took the cup, and said: 2 O God, the Eternal Father, we ask thee, in the name of thy Son, Jesus Christ, to bless and sanctify this wine to the souls of all those who drink of it, that they may do it in remembrance of the blood of thy Son, which was shed for them; that they may witness unto thee, O God, the Eternal Father, that they do always remember him, that they may have his Spirit to be with them. Testament of book of Mormon movies
@stevenlester26062 жыл бұрын
Well, I’ll have to admit, if I’m honest, that this was a well done production in just about every way. While the Book of Mormon is full of wisdom and understanding, a testament to the man who published it, there remains not a single relic of the reported wide-ranging culturalized civilization to have ever been discovered. There is from both the Old and New Testimony times. But the Mayan, the Aztec, the Incan, the Amazonians are all hundreds, if more than a thousand, years later than when the Savior lived and died and lived again, not to mention the 600 years prior. Where is it? Even the plates themselves are missing. It’s a beautiful story here beautifully realized on sets with actors and film crew, but there needs to be tangible proof or a connection somewhere. Where is it? Tell me. I’d love to know. Give me tangible history every time!
@johnpoulsen36062 жыл бұрын
Steven, Your question is good, but unfortunately unanswerable at this time. Read Jacob 4: 1-2. I wonder what Jacob meant by his words, "But whatsoever things we write upon anything save it be upon plates must perish and vanish away". Was Jacob just insinuating that plates were an enduring writing surface? Why wouldn't writing upon stone survive? Or was Jacob alluding to a time when all other writing (and maybe a lot more) of their people would perish? I don't know all the answers. I just know the Book of Mormon is true.
@milocadayong53202 жыл бұрын
To most of us, we do not need any proof to believe it. The proof is by reading the book and asking the Father in the name of Jesus Christ in faith...plus doing more to show our humility and love to the Savior. I am grateful for the little faith I showed him many years ago. He has blessed me with more faith since then to understand other truths.
@berasautu34782 жыл бұрын
Atheists say the same thing about religions. At the end of the day faith is the first step in spiritual matters. For the wisdom of men is foolishness unto God.
