Hey what’s up? Luke you may not know who I am, but I know your family. I serve with your sister at the vineyard. I was the coordinator for the youth. I was scrolling and came past your video. First man, I respect your perspective and the passion that you have for knowledge bro spiritual rather than new age spirituality or biblical I respect it. Cherry pick everyone does it. You are exactly right but I also will add there are rules to it. If I was proven a point through scripture and I use a Bible verse that within its context doesn’t prove the same point talking about a whole other subject, I can’t use that scripture. I can use it but I can't say that it's biblical But the example you use Jesus use that Passage in the perfect context. The second point that you made about the gospel not being the death burial resurrection of Jesus I would have to politely disagree. What a lot of people do is they take the Old testament the New testament They put it in a blender and they blended all together and then articulated They forget that the Bible has dispensations that God dealt with people differently according to the culture and times. Jesus deal differently with the gentiles then he did with the Israelites. When Jesus was on earth salvation was only for the Israelites they will still under the law. See it wasn’t until his death is what ushered in grace. he was here to fulfill the law for the Israelites why would Jesus say you have to believe in the death burial resurrection if he is still alive? Jesus was ushering out the old and bring it in a new. He didn’t teach the gospel he lived the gospel. See it wasn't until Paul came on the scene who taught that it is through the belief of the death burial resurrection because that is the new covenant. Jesus was still alive. It was still the old covenant and so in Luke. That’s why he spoke the way that he did. He didn't speak about the gospel because the new covenant was not established yet. A second Timothy 2:15 says to rightfully divide scripture. We have to keep things and their proper place. The truly understand the word. I thought that I was share. You have a blessed day my brother and continue doing what you doing. God is well pleased… And by the way, I am not a Calvinist I'm not a part of any denomination which is the whole reason why I left the local church. I'm just a Bible reader and a Bible seeker but it's rude to this thing..

I have a question. I’ve been explaining this to my friends and family. …not trying to CHANGE them…so let’s not go down that road. I always get hit with… mark 16:15-18 he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, but he that not believeth, shall be damned….. How May I respond to this? I’ve asked people to focus on His teachings but, many only focus on “dying for our sins” resurrection, Son Of God….and worship. I know everyone is on their own path….I’d just like to respond.
