When Jesus said: I am the way, the truth, and the life; Jesus was stating the truth. God, or the force of Love that animates all life; is the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus was not speaking personally about himself. What Jesus meant is that Love is the way to live, Love is the truth, and Love is the way to eternal life; not in the sense of heaven, but as a way to know yourself as the eternal being that you are. When you know yourself as Love, you know yourself as God. This God force, the I am that is within Jesus, is the same God force that is within everyone. The spirit that is within Jesus is also within everyone. God is the same in everyone, and God's name is Love.

You are right.. the “ I” that Jesus speaks of is not the body or the flesh, but the Spirit, which you have labeled as Divine love. Being born again refers to being born to out true nature as sons of God, instead of one born of “ woman”’or how we identify ourselves with flesh and ego. The phrase, I AM the way the life and the truth is a message to all of us, but not many can handle the truth. To those who thought that Jesus was flesh and blood, he taught to pray to God and to submit to God and also in humility taught the Lord’s Prayer. But Jesus knew his oneness with God, even then. 🙏

No. In the Old testament when the righteous man/woman dies they go to what the Bible calls "Abraham's bosom". Then when the Lord Jesus came down from heaven and died on the cross, He go to that bosom and get all the righteous man/woman there (not in hell). Then Jesus rose again/resurrected. Now the way to heaven is from Christ alone our Lord. 🙏 I hope the Lord Jesus will enlighten you...

Ambiguous verses (Claiming Divinity): - I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one sees The Father except through me (John 14:6) - Before Abraham, I am (John 8:58) - I and The Father are one (John 10:30) - I am the alpha and omega (Revelation 22:13) and no holy spirit there. Clear verses (Denying Divinity): - my Father is greater than I (John 14:28) - my Father is greater than all (John 10:29) - my Father is the only true God ( John 17:3) - I am ascending to my God and your God (John 20:17) - I by myself can do nothing (John 5:30) - only The Father knows the hour (Matthew 24:36 ) - Jesus didn't know fig season (Mark 11:12 -14) - my God, my God, why You forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46) Let's say all of the above are not ambiguous then It means that there are many contradictions.
