The way God revealed it to me was simply seeing His word and comparing God to a man. Yahweh the Father is the man; Yahweh the Son, Who is called Yeshua and Jesus, is the word/voice(Genesis 3 refers to Him as the voice of Yahweh walking in the garden) of Yahweh which is both Him and not exactly Him at the same time, Who is with Him always (as every spoken word of a man is already within him the moment he is conceived) Who proceeds from Him (thereby being His Son[as "son" carries the general meaning of that which proceeds from someone/something]).

I said I was changing my relationship with KZbin, getting rid of my main channel, building a central hub that the main platforms don't control, and restructuring so that they can't keep shutting me down. I took a seminary class with Stephen Wellum, and I noticed he generally described Jesus as "God the Son in the flesh" instead of "God the Son." I asked him about that phrase, and he said it was purposeful to emphasize Jesus' diety and identity as the trinitarian Son. I have now found myself using that phrase often. I believe it is helpful to avoid some of the confusion about the title Son of God. Although, as Scripture is clear, the title Son of God is certainly appropriate. Thanks for the video, David.

Man, I don't know how I'm just now finding you but I've been watching your videos since last week when I stumbled across your "coming to faith" video and was blown away by your back story and how you were able to do it walking through the city, using each area as an example/analogy you came on as a part of your story and did it all in one take! Your brain is like a sponge and you're able to pick up deep meanings with ease and easily break them down for people to understand! I have no doubt God is using you for kingdom work. You remind me of Paul the Apostle. Jesus please hear my prayers. I know sometimes, it may be hard to trust God’s plan but we must take comfort and have faith in him. I know we can’t place our faith in mortal things. I have lost so much since losing my job as a social worker at Forsyth Hospital. I lost my job because I declined the vaccine I declined due to my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. My husband passed away years ago. I feel so alone. Each month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my two boys. I’m constantly afraid of losing my home. But even as I face homelessness nearly every month. I have faith, God will provide. He has this far. With GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE please pray for me and my two little boys. 😭🙏🏾

@@mynameis......23 The word "catholic" means "universal". Although there is the division into Eastern and Western churches, for a long time the "Catholic" church was just "THE Church". Jesus's disciples met on the first day of the week, "the Lord's day" after his resurrection. The Catholic Church forbids priests from marrying because of the situation in the medieval period where married clergy were turning church stations into hereditary positions, and passing church properties down via hereditary title. It was a political decision, not a religious one. The Catholic Church does have errors, but their weaknesses are also due to their success. For a long time they wielded both temporal and spiritual power, and that meant that they attracted people who sought power as much as those who sought piety. Protestant churches have never had the same temptation because they've never been as important.

Jesus is a SON of God because God created him (Proverbs 8:22, Colossians 1:15). Adam also was a SON of God (Luke 3:38). The term SON is used so that we humans can relate to it. God CREATES his SONS. Humans PROCREATE their SONS. God SENT his SON to become the Messiah (Galatians 4:4). Whom can God SEND from heaven except an ANGEL. 'To which of the ANGELS did God say...' - Hebrews 1:5,13. But we needed the confirmation of the father to Know who he also truly is. Also for Jesus being the son of God doesn’t make him less messiah. One question; could you address at some point the YT channel Blogging Theology? Recently stumbled on this as YT algorithm assigned it. The author is a convert to Islam who had a Christian testimony before he got derailed in his academic studies via textual criticism. Kind of like Bart Erhman except he went Islamic rather than atheist. Hard to believe he swallowed the narrative of Islam without investigating the original sources.

The so-called Church changed Paul's formulation such as Jesus-Christ(HaMashiak) is the Son of God into Jesus is the Son of God to validate their Trinity or tie salvation to the Greco-Roman culture. Talk about legitimation of cultural impetialism. Jesus as the Son of God doesn't pass the Ten Commandments muster ! Why Jesus and not Romulus the Son of the Roman god or Dionysus, the Son of Zeus? Given the fact that Jesus is not one of the many sons of Zeus, the god of the Greeks, and that the God of Abraham had never promised a Son to Israel but the Messiah (HaMashiak) which the Greek forgers and falsifiers translated as “Christos” as it is written: "I will raise among them the Messiah(Christos)HaMashiak, a Prophet(Messenger) like you Moses, Him they must listen..." Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc. So Messiah(Christ) is a Prophet in the likeness of Moses as Matthew proved it. Like Moses He stayed in Egypt. Like Moses He is Mediator of a New Covenant. Considering that the Gospel that Paul proclaimed to the world mentions JESUS CHRIST SON OF GOD and not just JESUS. Therefore, we can deduce that Trinity is a misunderstanding of the Pauline doxology of “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit”! Because between Jesus Christ (HaMashiak) Son of God and Jesus Son of God... there is a great deal of philosophical and legal difference if we take for legal framework the TEN COMMANDMENTS and the social environment where Jesus was born!

Dear brother David, neither do the Christians anywhere in the world claim that Yeshua is the son of allah. Christians like me claim that Yeshua is the son of Yahweh, and not/never allah. @@thomaskristensen4679 yeah, I know he knows this, because what I know about Islam I learned from David, Sam and Christian Prince and a few apologists from Kerala, India. Why I keep raising the issue is because there are people listening to this who are brand new to this field, and they will likely get confused by such statements. Majority of innocent Christians think that the God of the Christians and Mohammadanism are the same, especially in the western world. When either of the three I mentioned make a statement, they have to be ultra careful in their choice of words, especially regarding characters in the two faiths. How many Christians know that Mary and Yeshua of the Bible and Mariam and Isa of the Khoran are totally different entities who lived years apart in history. There is a concerted attempt to spread the Taqiyya that the characters in the Bible and the Khoran are similar, and we should not be fertilizing the soil with untruths.

He is above our human affairs like having offspring. What I’m trying to say is that David Wood is using the Bible to justify Isa being the son of God through some divine eternal relationship instead of being the offspring of God but he’s refusing to address logic and context that doesn’t come from the Bible. Can’t use a corrupted source to do your research. As in, he’s refusing to address every logical solution that clears up that it’s impossible for Jesus to have this relationship with God and refusing to address historical context as to why the Bible says such an impossible thing.

That God is acting confused like Zeus, the false god of the Greeks because the God of Abraham is so coherent with Himself and with His promises.

When talking about John 1 (18:30), don't forget that in the Quran Jesus has the title "Kalima min Allah", (word from/of God) in sura 3:39 but doesn't say anything about why he should be given that title. It comes, of course, straight from this passage, and is a great opportunity to explain the title.
