if you are interested in these kind of Japanese mind, i'd like to recommend playing 空気読み(kuukiyomi). in this game, you can learn some kind of "right" context & actions for Japanese. Japanese also sometimes feel 空気読み is difficult lol. i hope you enjoy Japanese culture.
The mentioned behaviors don’t just apply to foreigners but to Japanese as well. So it’s not so much 10 reasons why Japanese people hate foreigners but rather 10 behaviors that are frowned upon in Japan.
That's probably Tokyo banana, hold on a sec."

Thank you for your interest in Japan and your understanding of rules and manners. I think you are right about most of them, and people who cannot follow them tend to be disliked regardless of nationality. I am also loose with time, so this made me think to be careful.
One thing I don't want foreigners to misunderstand from the title is that we are not shallow and immediately hate foreigners doing those things. We accept culture differences 🙂 So please don't be worried about coming to Japan. It may be just recommended if you are planning to live in Japan (not short period sightseeing) to understand Japanese culture. We would appreciate your efforts 😊
I think "don't talk to the person next to you in line" depends on the area. In Tokyo, it is absolutely true. But in rural areas, especially in places like Osaka, people tend to talk to strangers.
