@@omegaman6494 absolutely not true. They were good friends during the show and to this present day. If you listen to the recent Gladpod episodes, Jet always speaks fondly of Lightning

No doubt. Out of all female gladiators, Lightning & Jet had the speed, finesse and agility on lock.

The big difference between the contenders & gladiators is attitude. The contenders are grim faced, determined, worried about cocking it up, and the gladiators are playful, having fun with it, just a job

This wall is better than one in the recent reboot. There's alternative paths up and it's easier for the Gladiators to come from the side to get a hold on the contestant. I hate the way they can kick off the Gladiator on the new wall.
