how did you get these tracks in such good quality? Surely this isn't recorded directly off of an N64

I wrote some tools to send the MIDI data/samples through a different pipeline! “HD” sets aren’t as accurate as the other sets (Retro HD/Retro HD+/HD Ultra). For the highest accuracy (exactly the in-game sound except crisp clean HD), HD Ultra is the way to go!
