You can do that as well, but a press is recommended

Not really, we just recommend rebuilding every 2 seasons or 100 hours. When water gets in that leads to a quick failure

Im not going for more speed, Im looking to increase my fuel economy. Do you have any pro tips or upgrades to n increasing your ride range.

That's a tough one, obviously stay off the throttle as much as possible and keep RPM lower. A higher pitch prop say 15/22 will help keep RPM lower at a slightly higher speed, which may help. It will decrease top speed however. Not sure how much extra range until tested

I've tried messaging you guys on Instagram a couple time, what year models need this mod in particular. My dealership said mine doesnt need that because it was redesigned on mine. 2021 kawi ultra.

Kawasaki has not updated their design to date, this will still be needed on the 2021+ to prevent engine issues

@kawiperformance what if my ski is still under warranty. I wouldn't want to do anything that void it. Your thoughts? It's a 2020 stx160 lx. I just bought it and added a 3-year warranty. Maybe do it the moment it runs out? When I do do it, would my engine take a one or two bearing setup? Thanks much for any advice!
