You are an amazing player. I find the controls in this game to be a bit too unpredictable for me to be able to pull off the stuff you do. I'll never get a Jet rating on every level, but I had a blast revisiting this recently and getting all the Graffiti Souls in town. Thanks for your help!

Jokes aside the reason he is like this from what I remember is that he was reconfigured into a sort of cyborg after being kidnapped by the Noise Tanks, the flag attached to him is like an antennae.

Thanks so much helped out alot i want to figure out how to get the characters i know the levels take jet rankings but how by the way i grew up playin this game i just never actually took it seriously if u know what i mean

Samuel Santiago No, all of the levels have some sort of time limit. If you want the most time to explore, do any of the trick mode missions. I can't remember what the darn mode is called right now :P

I deleted my previous comment. But yeah to answer your question yes I did, and I know how to get them now. You have to get all of the story missions in jet ranking. The only two I'm missing is the noise tanks and pots.

Ah cool glad you figured it out. Yeah my video was only intended for finding the world-based souls but I can see now why the video title isn't really all-encompassing as you'd expect. Thanks for pointing out the oversight, maybe some time I'll make a video that truly captures how to get all of them.
