Bruh I remember when. I was like 5 playing the dual hard copy of Sega GT 2002 and Jet Set Radio Future. I'd always play JSRF in the morning and just randomly replay the game. I never beat it though. I'm 21 now and I'm still waiting for a proper sequel.. Aisle 10 and Rockin the Mic were my jam back then..I miss this game and wanna play it again. It at least needs to be backwards compatible with Xbox One.

1. There are loads of oob spots (Fortified Residential Zone is one of my favs) 2. The last logo on the pinball machine is not a logo for any existing in-game character (perhaps it is an old Rapid 99 logo since their logo is not on the machine) 3. As well, the doom rider logo is different on the pinball machine Overall it's great to see how well you covered the topics, most people make me cringe when they make uninformed videos on JSRF but it was great to see you asking around the JSRF speedrunning discord. The doomsday clock is a daruma. Look up what a daruma is and it'll make sense. it even says daruma clock on it...this is just a Japanese culture reference.

The only thing the clock seemed to be for was to say hey look it's 6:00 PM, which could reference to something in Japanese culture, probably referring to the sunset hour, seeing as Kibogoaka Hill and Rokkaku Dai Heights is the land of sunset, and are the only two areas where the clock is seen.

@@umrasangus Well it could simply mean watch as in the object, a watch, which tells time. A daruma is just a symbol of good luck in Japan, and can be plastered on basically anything. I think it's just a clock.

something weird i found when i was little, in the bottom point of the sewers, you can handplant off the grind rails that spin you upside down in circles. the ones in the regular sewers work too if i recall. thehandplant makes your character do it horizontally. very easy to test in single or multiplayer.

I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile, but since I’ve been working for 2 years I thought I’d treat myself, I’m gonna get an original Xbox this Friday and I already have a copy of JSRF and Sega GT 2002, and a Sony Trinitron CRT to play my retro games. I’ve always wanted to play this game natively, aka the way a kid or someone would play it back in 2003, the most I’ve had is cxbx and xemu and they don’t work natively unless you have a monster pc. So this experience will be great. I’ll probably post a short on my channel when I get it.

Once i was in 99th street going to do the graffitis, but for like 1 frame i saw the interaction bubble thing (The 1 when you go near a character) and i tried to go to the same spot where it appeared but it didnt appear again, could have been my mind or i found a really hard-to-reach secret and missed it

I've had a glitch happen to me in the game. If you go to Chou street during the Mr.claw boss, grind up the dinosaur while you boost dash before the cutscene occurs and if all goes right you will spawn out of bounds of the electric cage, this will softlock the game so you will need to reset if this does occur, I wasn't able to go back over so if someone can that be great to hear.

atemluver technically you’re right, it is a Daruma clock. “Doomsday Device” or “Doomsday Clock” is a name that was used in an old FAQ on IGN and was adopted by the JSRF speedrunning community

Yo this is 4 years later, but you missed a glitch that occurs during the "chase clutch" portion of the game. If you don't catch clutch fast enough he straight up disappears from the game and you have a save softlock. This ruined my save recently and just wanted to let you know about while also venting my frustration lol.

Haven't seen anyone ever mention this yet but when I was young, my brothers and I somehow unlocked poison jam during the story mode and it's a mystery how it happened. I remember they also hung around near the broken car in the garage. after all these years still haven't figured how it happened

FalseProof We didn't do the jet challenges to unlock them, they outright joined the crew before or after cube is recruited, don't remember which. Wish we had our old save file but our harddrive was erased when our Xbox was sent for repairs around 14 years ago

The ONLY way to unlock Poison Jam for you to play as is by doing the challenges on their area and collecting all the souls. @@Greywind920 Jesus Christ dude, I halted my conversation more than a year ago, telling me to stop is redundant. We finished the stories and deleted the saves to replay the game countless times, only once had the event occurred, and we couldn't figure out how to make it happen again. Maybe it was supposed to happen, maybe it was an anomaly that was never meant to happen, I don't know, or ever will know. The whole point of bringing this up a while ago was, in fact, to seek attention, hoping that someone might have had it occurred to them as well. I would seek the old developers for answers, but who knows if some secrets would be revealed, or maybe lost in time.
