it's not a toy and anything can happen if you don't have any experience with it. yes, you have to have pretty calm weather conditions in order to pull it with the lightweight jet ski. officially it's made to be pulled by boat and not a jet ski. Although you can do it, even with 2 seater RXP 215 as you see here, on an not so windy day.
