Who knows? Long night? I just saw a video online from inside. Passengers were still on board and they had everyone move to the front to get the nose gear back on the ground.

Look at the short video, fronts open no belt loader! Unloading the back and only 2 carts! This is a 321 coming from Barbados! Should be at least 4 carts!
