I reckon so, yes. Much colder than that and they can start having issues though (granted it really all depends on what your particular fuel canister blend is - they do vary by brand). A friend of mine used a canister stove for Denali, and that got down to -40C, but they used preheat paste on them. So, it's achievable for any temp, but it depends on how much additional prep you are willing to do.

@JoshuaJohnsonOutdoors lol wow I never thought about thermal paste I have all types of stove just never really have the opportunity to test their limits, I did think about a 2mm copper wire wrapped around the gas held with a silicone band that fed close to the flame, but that is testing thermodynamics the thermal paste though lol that would take extreme low temps.

I like the Zip. Igniters are overrated and if they are fitted I prefer to use them only if I have no access to other means of ignition.
