You don't need craterhoof in your deck when your commander serves the purpose of the craterhoof. You really don't need a combo in this deck either. You're much better off just running the most efficient token generators than silly combos.

I wouldnt include on tap creatures. Jet mir gives it vigilance. Meaning they don't tap. If you have jetmir out then it's useless. Never have useless cards
