I feel like, since you're a casual, I'm going to give you the best advice right now. Bail on the Jets. There's nothing going for them and they can't beat teams unless they're in contention for the first overall pick or terribly injured. Switch to the Chiefs enjoy the good seasons, super bowl wins and wait on the Taylor Swift breakup song because you know it's going to be fire. Plus, no one is going to figure out you're an absolute casual that doesn't know any of the players, the rules of football or how many games are played in season because most Chiefs fans are actually just Taylor Swift fans. Then you would have learned enough and can either stick with them or move on to another team and suffer with the rest of us experiencing heartbreaking loss, multiple losing seasons and complaining about staff, front office, ownership and players.

thats funny. id go a more mid team like the cards, jets are ALWAYS awful. a mid team because, most fan bases dont hate u and you never know if you'll kill a team or get killed lol. mostly just fun games. u hope for playoffs and enjoy wins like this.

New boys need to hop on the next band wagon, enjoy for a few seasons and by then they're already locked in and can't get out. Do you think anyone wanted to watch last year's Cardinals. Stop. You're just hurting me and everyone else. If you're worried about hate, just don't be a Cowboys fan.
