What an upgrade! I think this was a great deal based on simplicity vs. quality. It sounds just like he explains. 2019 Jetta sound system is pretty terrible. This upgrade was great for both highs and lows...definitely feel the bass kicking now!

Nice. That’s awesome. Would that work on the 2016 jettas also? I already upgraded my radio to a pioneer, but my buddy also has the same Jetta as me and he’s complaining about how crappy the sound is.

Since the beats has its own amplifier you would need to swap it out at the amplifier so this part would not work.,

Has anyone bought this and if so what are your opinions? I've read the reviews on the Enfig website which sound encouraging but I'd like to read some reviews from another source as well. No offense, looks like a really good product but I'd like to learn more before dropping $250. Also, what is the benefit to going this route rather than buying a new head unit? The head unit is the reason the sound quality is bad, correct? Would replacing that with a superior unit provide a more noticeable improvement? Asking because I know next to nothing about audio systems or how to install them in a vehicle. I've always driven used cars before and never bothered with the sound.

Currently there is no way to replace the radio. This would still give more thump than just replacing the radio. But when eventually you can replace the radio I would recommend getting a bigger amp than this one. I'm not a fan of doing an upgrade that you cant feel.

upgraded from an 06' jeep Cherokee limited 4.7l getting 17 mpg highway to a 2019 jetta. Now pulling 50+ MPG highway but audio is sad. The jeep had 2 12" sony's woofers, the contrast between these two vehicles is astonishing. I would buy one of these amps but i'm also wondering if you make sub boxes for the jetta? would this be worth it or overkill? thanks great vid.

The amplifier automatically does it. I've never had that complaint. IF it did distort it would be at almost max.

This amp is 45x4 RMS. But I would recommend doing the amp first. The radio is very under powered..

Where is the factory amp in 2012 volkswagen jetta located? Ive searched EVERYWHERE online and there is no info. I dont want to randomly start tearing my car apart just to find it.

why is this price so inflated ? the Pioneer GM-D1004 amplifier is an $80 amp (walmart) . So youre charging $170 for the plug and play wires?

It is by no means inflated. The problem is that most things are mass produced in china these days. And there are also people selling things on amazon only making a dollar or two because is they sell a million things a year and that's some good money. But lets forget that Amazon is running a monopoly that hurts small business lol. It takes about an hour to make the harness then we also supply a second harness that provides the turn on signal for the amp and also take care of turn on and off pop.. The Radio harness alone is $75. Plus $80 for the amp (dealer cost is $85.35 and I pay about $78 since I buy 20 at a time LMAO) and $100 for the labor. Plus about $30 for the 2nd harness. That adds up to $285. If you buy the AMP and then get our Radio harness with the speaker breakout harness I promise you that you will have a turn on and off pop. It's not horrible so if you want to save the money here is the harness without the PNP for the amp. I've done easily 20 sound installs for people as side jobs and it's always well fuckin worth the money for a mom and pop operation. Sonic electronix and crutchfield have fucked me over multiple times on "plug and play" with poor quality control often times coming defective out of the damn box

I haven't taken off the doors yet. The speakers I was going to use have a separate tweeter so I haven't started the project yet since the Door Speakers are riveted in. I need to have a backup set when I do the job.

hi Ive a 14 jetta gli edition 30 2.0t,I put a kenwood excelon 996xr ,expensive anyway using a data link myestro link for streering wheel controls,i want to replace the stock amp under drivers seat .Ive got all new speakers and really nice duel 12s in back . Christian Do u make a harness that will go from my kenwood to amp under seat .I havent even looked under there yet as i just put a unitronic stage 2 tune and tb exhaust.I need to finish my Jams !!! 2014 jetta GLI 2.0t gen 3 with the 8 speaker fender sound system .It acually sounded pretty ,for the first few yrs,until i got a few scratches on it and started turning bolts myself,very easy cars to work on.
