Hi Julia. Just fyi, we have our own "Luna", but her name is "Sandy". Same breed. Sandy is 14 and while she has slowed down a bit with joint pain, she still does a great job keeping up with the youngins lol 😆 We hope Luna has a very long life ❤

I lost track of the amount of times that people screamed at or threatened me when I worked in retail. It can be so mentally taxing when it’s happens despite the issues obviously being outside your control. Due to that I tend go out of my way to be overly friendly and positive with everyone in the customer service/hospitality industry. One bad customer experience can ruin your day but a positive customer experience on the same day can make help so much. Also, we’ve all had flight delays. It sucks but I’d rather lose a few hours or so of my vacation/return due to a mechanical issue or poor weather than the alternative.

My husband is an air craft mechanic. He used to work at DFW. He has relocated and we have 3 kids and he's gone 3 days a week which happens to be weekends, it is rough but we make it work. Life gets crazy but our love is strong so works.

When I was flying, I hated delays too, but the one thing that really annoyed me is when they let you leave the plane due to a mechanical and then switch the plane and not announce it over the airport PA. Then having to get back on board to get a carry-on. Which happened to me and my mother at ORD in 1989.

I love their caramelized banana ice cream from there! One of my favorite things to do in Philly is going to Spruce Street Harbor Park when it’s warmer. Julia, have you heard about Westjet airlines in Canada? Their new innovation, seating at check in. You check in, drop your bags and are put into a seat right away. Then you are lifted by forklift and driven straight onto the plane. Just like air cargo. Which is how the airlines see passengers, anyway. And it starts today!! April First... ;)

7:20 very surprised the main annoyance isn't some of the passengers as people can sometimes be terrible. 8:02 its almost as if your pay should start as soon as your sign in since then you are on location so then this would obviously include boarding. an extended delay should likely stop the clock to be fair to both the airline & crew. 10:02 I'd think a boring flight is a good flight for passengers just like crew, same is true for NOC work, I'd think.
