즉석 두부 기계 설치 및 만들기

즉석두부기계를 설치하여 만들어 봤습니다.
영상은 최초 테스트 영상이며 기계를 반복하여 세척하였지만 혹시 모를 문제를 방지하기 위해 판매하지 않았습니다.
구성농협 하나로마트
기계 첫 가동 테스트 영상으로 즉석 두부 기계를 설치하고자 하는 분에게 도움이 될 것 같아 영상으로 만들어 봤으니 비난은 삼가 해주시기 바랍니다.
두부 만드는 방법은 아래와 같습니다.
1. 대두(콩)을 깨끗이 세척하여 냉수에다 8~10시간 불림
2. 팽윤된 콩을 마쇄기에 분쇄시켜 콩즙을 만들기
3. 분쇄된 콩즙을 상온상테에서 여과기를 통하여 비지와 콩물(두유)을 분리시킴
4. 비지와 분리된 콩물(두유)만을 끊임솥에서 100℃로 끊임
5. 끊여진 두유를 응고통에 담고 두부응고제(식품첨가물)을 적당히 배합하면 콩물이 응고되어 순두부가 만들어짐
6. 응고된 순두부를 성형용기에 투입시켜 압착을 시키면 두부가 만들어짐

옛날에 손두부를 직접 가마솥에 끓여 만들어 먹던날은 정말 설레었는데요.. 금방 만들어진 따끈따끈한 순두부 맛을 잊을 수가 없어요. 이젠 이렇게 만들어진 두부를 손쉽게 사먹을 수 있어 참 좋으네요^^
