Wow, the Jewel at Changing Airport is a tourist attraction, shopping mecha and conservatory in itself. I hope to visit Singapore one day and I'll make sure to just hang out at Changi and the Jewel!

The water fall and all the attractions not part of the airport so going into the garden and water fall is like stepping into Singapore which you can't do without a visa if you are a foreigner
