HA! Jewell....so funny I worked at the coffee shop you used to play at "INNER CHANGE" I remember the night Atlantic records came to watch you there in this very small coffee shop! I remember you telling me "coffee girl! can you not make coffee while Im singing!" lol I loved you then and knew you were gonna be huge. I had no idea you suffered panic attacks you were sooooo calm on stage! I remember you VW bus you would park at the bank parking lot next door! SOOO cool your still around!! I was just a little surfer/coffee girl at the time ;)

Back in the 90s someone gave me this tape of a young lady with an angelic voice singing in a coffee shop in California. It was a copy of a copy of a copy, but it still sounded pretty good. I played that tape so many times that I knew every word of every song.. and then suddenly there was the same lady on the David Letterman show! My friends couldn't believe that I was into this music... I mean, I was a metal head, yet there I was singing all of her lyrics. She's timeless, and absolutely amazing.

I agree! She has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard in my life. However, she had plastic surgery on her face! Why?!?! Why could could she not age gracefully like all her fans? I'm sorry to say, she looks like a 60 year old trying to look 40. Disappointing! I will always cherish that voice though.
