This gentleman reminds me of my beloved grandfather and I listened to his testimony carefully in spite of the very annoying interviewer. It was a privilege to listen to Mr. Jacobs, anyways.

I just look at a testimony of a wonderful man named Sigi Hart. Almost no spelling and no interruptions. This is too much for me. The interview is like an interrigation.

Conducting interviews requires some skill, and this must be one of the worst ones. So much interrupting all the time.

Why is the spelling so important?

I believe they input all the information into their database to cross reference if those people were actually listed as having perished. They can then add the names if not so. He is not the best interviewer.
