Man I love wrestletalk but i've been missing Dan on these reviews. With Oli here the hard cut of only 1 hour per podcast and Oli mostly just reading up what happened instead of analysing and giving in depth opinions like Dan and Luke used to do, it feels more and more like i'm watching "content creators making the content they have to" rather than "lads talk in depth about wrestling". It's making me feel a little disconnected to the wrestletalk product at the moment. Or at least the podcasts. Not saying it's a problem thats just there because Dan is no longer on, or because I dislike Oli. But it feels more like a different approach that feels a lot more corporate and less like i'm having a nice talk with friends about shared interests.

it’s to bring the prestige back to the belt that it desperately needed. Gunther doing that has allowed the IC to be in different hands more frequently without it losing its prestige. I think Luke was saying in Jeys case it doesn’t matter because his story was becoming a singles champion not a long one

Jey was living his best life but the past he left behind to do so came back for him and took it from him dragging him back in. I wanted to see how Jey and Roman's dynamic would be when Jey is the champion but this is also an interesting way of doing it. Just hope they don't go lazy and have him instantly rejoin just for the revenge and everything is fine and dandy now I want to see him blame Jimmy and Roman for involving him. The Carlito one I get the point he thinks he's the smooth fixer but can't say anything right. I dunno if it was on Always Sunny or a Pierce line in Community I'd have found it funny but it didn't land for me at all in this context and poorly timed no matter what your view of the current scrutiny on inclusiveness.
