I know it’s Oli’s company and at the end of the day it’s his decisions but I have to offer some feedback. The one hour hard cut on free reviews he’s in, plus the lack of PPV watchalongs unless they can throw a party for themselves, AND the shift to focusing more and more on the Patreon has made me feel disconnected to WT. engaging with wrestling on here has been a major factor in my wrestling enjoyment and this shift in focus has been sad to see frankly

Problem is, ultimately, this is a business and their jobs. They need money in order to operate and to live, and YT barely covers that nowadays. You have to remember, in the grand scheme of YT, this is not a big channel. And subscriber numbers + viewership numbers have been pretty stagnant for nearly two years. Nearly every YTber I watch is hard pushing their patreon and outside sponsors, cos YT ad money simply isn't enough anymore given the rises in cost of operations and living in most countries, especially the UK.

Dont know why were spending so much time on the two hour RAW thing when its going back to 3 hours on Netflix. You can guarantee this wasn't a choice WWE made.

This show was messy. The Main Event and Dunne vs. Sheamus were both good. But the pacing of the show was very rushed and the commercials were particularly overbearing last night. And that 10 Women Tag was Divas Era booking. Ridiculous.

I thought 2 hour raw sucked. Even since wrestlemania raw has been absolutely fantastic with so many great storylines and also just great matches which were great because they GOT TIME. This episode felt incredibly rushed and it was already missing a lot of the big players like Bronson, The Wyatts (seriously where are they!?), American Made, Dragunov. Honestly just felt like we got an insane amount of commercial breaks. Hope they go back to 3 hours when they move to Netflix. Also I hate Luke's suggestion (love Luke, just a terrible suggestion) of having the add breaks be the entrances. JUST HAVE LESS ADDS for christs sake.

Im with Oli on the Seth character- can’t call him a revolutionary or visionary without seeing him make some waves in the roster - which we haven’t seen from him since well before he won the title last year. Only waves he’s seen lately are tsunamis…

Seth Rollins was instrumental in not only carrying a new world title from nothing to such a place of prominence where it has already served as the linchpin to the most intense feud of the year (Punk Drew really kicked off at Wrestlemania) but created a new top level babyface in Damian Priest, he was also instrumental in the defeat of Roman Reigns. He's the only one who's been in in driver's seat for shaping both top title pictures in the company, but sure, he made no waves 😒

Generally, it’s because networks book in one hour blocks. USA probably has very few, if any, shows in its inventory that fit in a 30 minute window.

With Seth referencing Cody and Roman teaming up, if Jey and Sami go back to help Roman Jimmy and Cody at war games I would love to see Seth pull a Drew from last year and go after Sami and Jey for their hypocrisy prior to Seth punk for mania

I'm very intrigued by the lack of podcast coverage for all the shows aside from Raw and Dynamite. Cause there is no NXT show, would that mean whenever Shockwave is announced that a new podcast review of that show would also not happen?

@@Zjarcal they're literally called wrestletalk though? If the full podcast episodes cost too much to pay people to do them then do the shorter reviews like they do for Raw and Dynamite? But they don't even do that during the daily news videos for Collision and Smackdown and NXT anymore like they used to have Tempest do. You already have the space and the talent there, so Talk about the actual Wrestling so that people can stay caught up on everything?

​@@4supergammait's because they have 3 different (borderline) failing channels that need staff to operate. They got video game, movies and a DND channel. Only 1 of which is actually somewhat successful. They are definitely piggybacking off of their wrestling channel to push towards other projects which is kinda lame but it's a business I guess.

The two raw needs to go! The storyline are rushed and the matches suffered also two many advertising! And some wrestlers entrances are tooooo long Roman, the pebble etc

I don’t think the lack of viewership of the smackdown reviews was due to it being a ‘less interesting’ show. With it happening at 1am Saturday there isn’t an option to do a review after the show (like you might do if based in the US). Saturday is just never really a good day to release anything new on YT as it’s the weekend and by Monday I think most people have moved on from it, whatever happened that was interesting and you might want to see discussed has moved to the back of your mind so you aren’t that fussed anymore. I did enjoy the reviews whenever they were, but I do understand.

Has nothing to do with him being a part timer. He is selling the hell in a cell match and he isn’t a fan about the crown jewel ppvs. So him being gone until that ppv is over makes perfect sense. Plus Raw going two hours helps other wrestlers stay on tv.
