If you can stomach the prices, S. Tampa is where it's at. Anything South of Kennedy is kosher. I've lived in both Valrico and Brandon, wasn't a big fan. St. Pete is also nice if you do your research on where the evac zones are. If you do it right, no flood insurance necessary. Anyway, welcome to this crazy town. Go Bolts!

Visited friends in Valrico a couple years ago. It’s a nice little area, actually talked about moving down there. They live in the neighborhood that surrounded Buckhorn Country Club I think that’s right around that area you’re riding.
