Take the original song "groundhog", Find the correct loop of it, phase-cancel it out for the part with the vocal sample. done.

Luki Bigz it was probably a set of samples made for the game, which means you won't get those samples unless you ripped it from the game disc. you could probably get the samples that way off of an emulator forum that knows how to rip and mod 360 games, but that's not likely the skill-set of anyone here. feel free to try it that way, but otherwise it's just phase cancellation and noise removal, which ain't always the cleanest thing.
