I surprised you didn’t get any footage using the wood shaft. While I know the carbon fibre is a big push I would like to see a comparison to their low deflection wood shaft.

Hey, how are you enjoying the cue you won? I could have tested the wooden shaft, and perhaps I should have. I've tested them before and they are very (!) similar to the high-end wooden shafts on the market. Having said that, after a couple of more CF shaft reviews, I'll start comparing wooden shafts.

Yea, regardless if you buy a $300 or $300 JFlowers cue, you still get the high-grade CF shaft.

$3,000 plus for a production cue seems too much. Is this model their custom line?

Hi W C. JFlowers don't have customs cues. I think $3,000 for this cue is somewhat fair. With inlaid silver and rare wood materials, I think it's OK. It's a lot of money, but compared to for example a Predator SP2 priced at $1,200 being an overlay cue..?
