0:18〜制動掛けた時リアスプロケットホイールの歯が履帯リンク穴に上手く噛み合わず乗り上げ現象を起こしてるのだろうか？「カン！カン！」って結構大きな打撃音と共に履帯が激しく振動してる。

Tanks are mainly made for the northern army, Hokkaido. Unlike the rest of Japan, Hokkaido is less populated (other than like 2 city areas), and it also has a lot flatter grounds, it is known that tanks can operate quite easily in Hokkaido. Where as tanks in other areas of Japan would struggle more, because of more dense cities and more mountains and such. The new tire types of tanks were made so they can operate in Honshu and Kyushu, they basically have wheels instead of tank tread and they can operate on roads very effectively. If Japan is ever seriously invaded in an all out war, it probably would have to resort to abandoning all cities and resort to guerrilla type warfare, which the Japanese forest and mountain regions are perfect for guerrilla type warfare. In guerrilla warfare the best unit is simply a man, with a machine gun, forest offers constant hiding, and the spread of people is too widespread across millions of hectares of forest land to possibly strike.

私が正直思ったこと 20年も時代が違うのに、期待されたほどは進化していない説 その点、第二次世界大戦期の戦車技術の向上速度は早かった 10式がすごい点 主力戦車で120ミリ砲を載せていて総重量50トン未満と大戦期の中戦車クラスに軽量化でき、渡れる橋を増やせたのが最大の成長だとは思います。 機動性　時代相応 射撃精度　時代相応 コスト　まだ高い

10式は90式の後継機種ではなく90式の機能でより小型化、軽量化した戦車なので目的が異なります。 90式は言わば対ロシア向けの戦車で10は対中国、朝鮮からの侵略に備えた対アジア向けの戦車だと思われます。

ハード面だけ見るとそうだけど、10式の開発で一番注力したのってネットワーク能力だと思います。発見した敵の自動識別と即時共有・ビデオゲームの様な敵マーカーを映像に重ねて表示・各車それぞれへの攻撃目標指示…など。90式由来の機械的能力をIT技術で最大限引き出しているというイメージですね。
