I travelled in Jhelum express from NDLS to Kopargaon just a week back on 27th sept 2022 and it's still has ICF rakes. Moreover, still no bedrolls are provided in any AC Classes and the toilet was hell dirty and smelly in my coach (B3) with no cleanliness. I had the worst experience there, but the only good thing was the punctuality. Though it was running an hour late it made up and reached the destination exactly on time, even 2-3 mins before. Else, I would not even rate this train 1/5 stars. I returned from Punjab mail and it was exactly opposite. LHB, bedrolls(obviously, i think jhelum is the only train which still doesnt give bedrolls) and clean toilets and coach with frequent cleaning but it got 1.25 hours late.
