There is a ten minute video called BTS Room Live that I'd recommend a reaction to because it is a medley of some of their songs from 2013 to 2020, so it is a good, condensed way of hearing a variety of their singing and music styles. :)

I'm a BTS fan but I really appreciated that you're new to the band and it didn't matter that you didn't know their names. The BTS guys are so charismatic that once people get to know them, I find reactions to them can be dominated by comments about their personalities. To hear your objective analysis on their voices, performance and musicality really refreshing. Also it's a commonly acknowledged phenomena that once you learn their names, you're sucked into ARMY the BTS fandom!

he is baritone but has wide vocal range. he is included in baritone legends' list according to google. most of their songs are high-pitched. one of their in house producers said that he didnt want bts to compose a low-pitched songs.

I really like how he noticed Taehyung's wide range. It's his deep baritone voice that really does balance out the other tenors. Thank you for a wonderful review 😊 bts are all about teamwork, so their harmonies and smoothness are the result of that :) BTS discography is very genre rich, there is a song for e every mood and occasion, more than 300songs total😁 there are 4 vocalists and 3 rappers in the group, but they all can sing if they want to. For more of their live performances you might enjoy the rest of the Tiny desk set, MTV unplugged which includes a cover of Fix You by Coldplay(!!!), BTS Room live (a medley of their songs, lovely showcase for a new listener😁) and live performances of songs Your Eyes Tell and Film Out (sung in Japanese). By the way, the guys with the red mic (J-hope), black mic (Suga), and silver mic (RM) are mostly rappers. They can all sing as well, which is amazing, but they are BTS's rap line. Also, green mic guy (V) is actually a baritone, who ends up singing in his head voice/falsetto a lot because the rest of the vocal line are Three Tenors. Such incredible vocal talents, huh? I LOOOOVED your reaction to BTS. I hope you'd consider reacting to more from them. As others have suggested I'd recommend maybe their MTVUnplugged performances - especially "Blue & Grey" and "Fix You" are absolutely gorgeous, but the others as well! They recently performed their second most recent song "Film Out" twice, and both had great vocals in my opinion. I think you'd love all three suggestions.

BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan which means Bulletproof boy scouts) is a group from South Korea with 7 members. The group just celebrated 8th anniversary. - 4 vocalists, 3 rappers - their fans are called the A.R.M.Y. (adorable representative M.C. of youth) - they have so many different genres (pop, ballads, rap, hi-hop, R&B...) so we say that BTS is its own genre - they have songs called Dynamite and Butter which are their only full english songs but in every song there are always some phrases in english - they're writing their own lyrics (sometimes with help of people from their company) - in their songs they're talking about so many important topics! (self love, bullying, social economic injustices, hard work, following your dreams, female empowerment and so so so so much more) - turn on the captions when youre reacting to them - most of the songs which seem like they have lyrics about romantic relationship, they are actually about love within themselves or for their fans - you dont have to be worry about copyrights, their company dont care most of the time, there are some japanese songs and videos which are getting copyrighted but not those type of stuff or live performances MEMBERS: (in Korea, last name comes first) Kim Namjoon Stage name: RM -rapper, leader Kim Seokjin Stage name: Jin - vocalist, visual, oldest (28, in Korea 29) Min Yoongi Stage name: Suga Solo stage name: Agust D - rapper Jung Hoseok Stage name: J-hope - rapper, sub-vocalist, dancer Park Jimin Stage name: Jimin - vocalist, dancer Kim Taehyung Stage name: V (stands for victory) - dancer, vocalist Joen Jungkook Stage name: Jungkook - sub-rapper, vocalist, dancer, youngest (23, in Korea 24) All of them are also producers, songwritters and composers but the rappers are the main ones. They all have solo songs, some of them have their own mixtapes and all of them are amazing dancers. Rappers can sing pretty well when they're not goofing around and the same goes for vocalists and rap.
