Zingaat Stuffed Pomfret Fry Ingridients :
Fresh Pomfret Approx 1kg or 2 Pomfrets of 500gm
Marination :
Red Chilli Powder 2/3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Corriander Powder 1½ tbsp
Salt to taste
2 Lemons Juice
Marination Of Prawns :
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Stuffing :
Marinated Prawns 250 gms
Grated Coconut 1 Cup
Green Corriander 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Green Chillies 2/3
Coating Of The Fish :
Rava ½ Cup
Rice Flour ½ Cup
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil to fry the Fish
Curry Leaves (Optional)

वाह...खुप छान आणी मस्त...झिंगाट पापलेट ही रेसिपी पाहून माझ्या तोंडाला पाणी सुटले ..खरं च खुप छान पापलेट माझे फेव्हरेट आहे .. पण आपल्या जळगाव ला पापलेट मासा लवकर मिळत नाही दसरा झाल्यवर मिळतो पण तोपण ताजा नाही असो पण ही रेसिपी मला फार आवडली... थँक यू मेघा...

आम्ही ही रेसेपी गेले कित्येक वर्ष नेहमीच बनवतो मोठ्या कोळंबी ऐवजी आम्ही छोटी ताजी करंदी चा मसाला करून भरतो पापलेट मध्ये. आमची ट्रॅडिशनल डिश आहे ही. करंदी एकतर हिरवा मसाल्यात किंवा कांदा टोमॅटो वर परतून सुकी करून पापलेट मध्ये भरायची.
