Did you make a mushroom omelete by chance? Because if so, the culprit of your stomach ache might be undercooked eggs. If you cooked the mushrooms and eggs at the same time, the mushrooms release a ton of water. And instead of the energy from the stove going into cooking the eggs, it goes into evaporating the water released by the mushrooms. Resulting in undercooked eggs, and a possible cause for your ache.

@@milla9664 That’s an eggcellent question! Get ready for some fun food science!! So to start with, when you say you like your eggs runny, I’m assuming you mean you like your fried eggs, and/or boiled eggs runny. There is a key difference between an undercooked omelet, and a runny yolk in a fried/boiled egg. The difference being the whites (insert racism joke here) XD When you have a runny yolk, the only part of the egg that is “undercooked” (so to speak) is the yolk. The white of the egg will still fully cook. But when you make an omelet, the whites and the yolk are mixed together. So if the omelet undercooks, both the yolk and the whites undercook. And it’s the undercooked whites that can often be a culprit of stomach issues. The reason for this has to do with why the albumen turns from clear to white when cooked: The albumen is something around 90% water, which is why it appears clear before cooking. But also present in the albumen, is about half of the eggs protein (half in the albumen & half in the yolk). The proteins in the albumen are all all tightly folded. But when they are cooked, the proteins denature. The heat being applied breaks apart some of the hydrogen bonds that were holding the proteins in their original shape, causing them to unfold. As they unfold, they take up more space, and sort of cling to one another. This unfolding of the proteins (or denaturing) is what causes the albumen to turn white and solidify! When the proteins are denatured, it is much much easier for your body to break them down and absorb them. If the egg whites are undercooked and the proteins haven’t denatured, your stomach may have a hard time digesting them properly. And this could cause an upset stomach. Now all that being said, this doesn’t always affect everyone the same. My parents for example, have no issues eating undercooked omelets. I on the other hand get an incredible stomach ache every single time. Like you, I love (and have no stomach issues with) runny yolks, because the nature of the protein structures is different than those in the albumen. This is why when I make omelets, I never add veggies that release water at the beginning (unless I’ve pre-sautéed/prepped them). All the energy that’s supposed to be cooking the eggs and denaturing those proteins, is being wasted boiling off the water. And the result is an undercooked omelet, and an unhappy gut :P

Here is some more info ab why your stomach may ache: although your stomach breaks down only 20% of the proteins you ingest, your small intestine is actually absorbing them and breaking down the rest of the 80%. The stomach ache you may experience might be due to a change in the pH of the gastric juice. Overloading the stomach with less denaturated proteins will cause it to produce more HCl to activate the enzyme that attacks the proteins (mainly pepsin, which requires an pH of 1,5-2). More HCl (acid) = more stomach movement (to mix your food with the gastric juice) = more pain

Zwag is probably not going to read this, but going assains armor pen item actually does less damage with ability on Jhin because the crit chance and the 5% extra armor pen gives him more ad and more armor pen along with making autos better. The difference is pretty small, but for autos it's very big, IE would probably also been good, since to much of the damage is from autos for it not to be, since you did cut down your auto damage by around 20% for not having it and the lethality only did a couple of healthpoints difference on the abilities on both tanks and squishy. Overall youur abilitys did the same damage as if you went IE and lord doms, and you gained 20 ability haste and slow on q, but you lost around 35% of your damage from autoattack.
