Zunka Bhakri is one of the popular dishes in Maharshrian villages, this combo is also popular in some parts of Goa and Gujrat. In this recipe video I have shown the step by step process to make Zunka Bhakri, I have also shown slight variations from the traditional recipe so that viewers who do not have resources or find it difficult to make can also cook this.
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Zunka -
Gram flour (besan)- 1/2 cup
Onion - 3
Green chilli - 2
Garlic cloves - 6
Curry leaves - 10
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chili powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Bhakhri -
Jawar flour -1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup (optional )
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water
