今回もとっても美味しいパンができました!最初はどうなることかと。。というのも生地を15分休めたあとに第二次発酵をさせてる途中、なんだか、あまりいつものようには生地が膨れないように思って。。。で、夕食前から発酵させてて夕食後片付けした後にようやっとという感じで。。。2時間はかかった!驚きの発酵時間。初めてのこんな長くかかった発酵。衝撃でした。笑 で、焼いたあとは全く、心配なく美味しくとっても柔らかなのができて本当にホットしました!Thank you ! (しかし、なぜ発酵時間が、こんなにかかったのか。。。。未だに不明。。。)
Hello, I tried the recipe today 😊 it is very delicious, the taste of coffee is not overwhelming. I made it using the breadmaker. The only adjustment is I put 150ml of cold water bcs my country is way too hot and humid now ~

@@mars9399 its not too sweet. You can reduce the brown sugar if you want. I also used this recipe but substituted the coffee powder with chocolate chips. It was heavenly.. Thanks

Tried the recipe ^v^ A big success! Perhaps because of using different brown sugar, the bread I made was more tenacious. Love how you tear the bread one by one in the video
